Refund policy

At RpsiaBoutique, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every purchase. Due to the nature of intimate apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear, bodysuits, or worn items for hygiene reasons.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

All approved returns must be:

 • Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
